My Story
My name is Ethan and I’m an experienced personal trainer and trainee sport psychologist.
Having worked with hundreds of different athletes and clients, I understand that in order to get in the best shape of your life, you have to train the body and mind.
My career has taken me from a strength and conditioning (S&C) coach, to personal trainer and now a trainee sport psychologist.
S&C
I began my career earning an undergraduate Sports and Exercise Science degree at Oxford Brookes university, where I not only gained knowledge of human anatomy and biomechanics, but I was able to apply it as an academy S&C coach at Oxford United, whilst I trained their youth athletes.
After university I continued my journey in professional sport, working as a S&C coach and sport scientist in the Crystal Palace F.C Academy and 1st Team. Here I worked with athletes of all ages performing daily testing, supplement support and strength training.

Personal Training
Once lockdown hit, I among many others started to learn of the importance of mental health. I went from working one-on-one clients to sessions over Zoom and Instagram. I helped them exercise at home, continue with healthy eating habits and work on positive mental health tools. My reviews speak for themselves and have helped me form my personal training philosophy:
Training and nutrition should be fun and empowering.
Exercise should celebrate the body, not punish us for what we’ve eaten!
