About me

Hi, I’m Ethan a Sport and Exercise Psychologist in Training specialising in helping young athletes build confidence, resilience, and consistent performance.

Education & Training

I combine psychology with strength & conditioning experience, giving athletes support for both the physical and mental sides of performance.
I love watching and talking about sport (especially Palace – I’m at Selhurst Park often!). Outside of training, I enjoy gaming, fantasy football, and spending time with mates at the pub or on the pitch.

I’ve worked at Premier League level with Crystal Palace F.C., where I led strength and conditioning programmes for several youth squads and supported the 1st team in the gym. I helped coach players through physical preparation sessions, gave nutrition support, and assisted in training. I know what helps elite athletes perform at their best.

Sport has always been central to my life. I’ve represented my university at BUCS in sprinting, completed a triathlon, and continue to play football and strength train.
