Sport psychology sessions last 50 minutes. This gives us a good amount of time to figure out what’s going on, work on practical mental skills, and create a plan you can use straight away. 

The first session is all about getting to know you and understanding your sport. We will:

  • Discuss what’s going well and what’s challenging
  • Clarify your goals and build your psychological profile
  • Create a plan for the first 4–6 sessions

Sessions are online, however If you’re London-based, in-person sessions can also be arranged on request.

Most athletes benefit from sport psychology from around 12 years old and up. That’s usually when training intensifies and competition pressure rises
